    • Gender

B. Information for Company Incorporation

  • Proposed company name and two different alternative names (in case the first name is unavailable
  • Full address of principal place of business including Local Government Area, City and State.
  • Phone number and email address of company (you could also provide yours)
  • Objects of the company – Please state the things/business(es) the company will be engaging in.
  • Authorized share capital and number of shares: Default authorized share capital is N 1,000,000 split into 1,000,000 shares of N1 each. Kindly indicate if you are fine with this. (This is fine. I do not want this)
  • First director’s particulars: (Name, phone number, email and address: LGA, City, State)
  • Is this director a shareholder?
  • Upload valid Identity card of first director (Driver’s License, International Passport or National Identification Card)
